What materials do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of PVD stainless steel, PVD gold plated, gold filled, and sterling silver, gunmetal, rhodium and enamel chains. All materials are selected with durability, quality, and long-term wear in mind.

Are your chains tested for durability and wear?

Yes. All PREY chains are tested for durability, daily wear, and welding compatibility before being released. Proper application and care are important, but our chains are chosen to meet the demands of permanent jewelry use.

Sterling Silver Care Instructions

Sterling silver is a timeless and beautiful metal made from 92.5% pure silver, designed to be worn continuously as permanent jewelry. Because sterling silver naturally reacts with air, moisture, and everyday elements, it may develop tarnish over time. Tarnish is completely normal and is not considered a defect — it’s simply a natural characteristic of real silver.

Since permanent jewelry is designed to stay on, we recommend being mindful of exposure to chlorine, salt water, lotions, perfumes, self-tanners, and harsh cleaning chemicals, as these can speed up tarnishing and dull the finish. To help maintain shine, gently clean your jewelry regularly with a soft polishing cloth while wearing it. Proper care and occasional cleaning will help your sterling silver maintain its bright, beautiful appearance for long-term wear.

If tarnish does occur, it can typically be restored with gentle polishing. With consistent care, sterling silver permanent jewelry can remain a timeless, lasting piece you’ll enjoy every day.

Shipping

Return policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item has a verified manufacturer defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and assist.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address, carrier delays, or lost or stolen packages once shipped. If a package is returned due to an address error or refusal, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, PREY ships within the United States only. We are working toward offering international shipping in the future.
