Return Policy
At PREY Jewelry Wholesale, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality control and consistency for all artists and customers.
We only accept returns for verified manufacturing defects or errors made on our end. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or normal wear and tear.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos and a description of the issue so our team can review and verify the claim. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part. This includes, but is not limited to:

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved due to a verified issue, replacement options will be discussed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days as required by law. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
