Shipping Policy

At PREY Jewelry Wholesale, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible so artists can keep their businesses running smoothly.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale periods). Processing times may be extended during high-volume launches, restocks, or promotions. Processing time and shipping time are separate, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Availability

At this time, PREY Jewelry Wholesale ships only within the United States and its outlining territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers and include tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, PREY Jewelry Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Customers are responsible for working directly with the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PREY Jewelry Wholesale is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the package.

Damaged or Missing Items

Orders must be inspected upon arrival. Any claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos and your order number. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review or replacement.

Shipping Delays

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and may be impacted by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control. PREY Jewelry Wholesale is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped.
